Why won't my pixma mx410 work wirelessly? blue light is on, but computer says it's offline.. Hi vox, i'm chris and i have the canon pixma mx 472 exactly all in one plus fax. i've had it 3 or 4 years now, i was having trouble 4 days ago with the printer not being able to read my pc or network.. I have a canon printer myself (a mg 5422) and have had a similar problem but changed from the ws driver to the mp driver and that fixed the issue, even though i had no usb cable connected. looking forward to any ideas for getting the wireless working on the mx492..
